Use our convenient online process to register for the annual meeting. Enter your information, select laboratory options and pay with your credit card using the secure payment gateway. Follow the instructions during the registration process to complete your registration. You will recieve a confirmation email for your records.

Tuition
The physician registration fee of $1250 is inclusive of course lectures, the Wednesday PM Workshop, the course syllabus, and meals and refreshments provided by the course. All other sessions require pre-registration and fees as detailed on the registration form.

The registration fee for Residents or Fellows with letter from Chief of Service is $650.
The registration fee for Allied Health professionals is $650.
Refund
Refunds will be subject to a non-refundable $100 processing fee. Requests for refunds must be received in writing at the San Diego Shoulder Institute office. No refunds will be issued after May 31, 2013.

The following registration and check in times are available during the annual meeting course:

Wednesday, June 12, 2013 from 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Thursday, June 13, 2013 from 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Friday, June 14, 2013 from 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
