Registration Information

Register Online Now !

Use our convenient online process to register for the annual meeting. Enter your information, select laboratory options and pay with your credit card using the secure payment gateway. Follow the instructions during the registration process to complete your registration. You will recieve a confirmation email for your records.

Print and Mail Registration

If you prefer to print a registration form and mail your payment for the annual meeting, download and print the PDF Registration Form. Be sure to include your check or payment information.

Tuition & Fees

Tuition

The physician registration fee for lectures is $1250. This includes lectures, breakfast, reception, workshops, course syllabus and other handout material. Separate registration fees are required for optional laboratory sessions:

  $250 Wednesday morning Model Lab
  $550 Friday Cadaver Arthroscopic Surgery Labs
  $100 Saturday Anatomy, Open Reconstruction, Arthroplasty Lab

The registration fee for Residents or Fellows with letter from Chief of Service is $650.

The registration fee for Allied Health professionals is $650.

Refund

A registration refund will be made upon written request prior to June 11, 2010, however, $100 will be retained for administrative costs. No refund will be made for cancellation after June 11, 2010, however, a set of course DVD’s and course syllabus will be mailed to these individuals. No refunds will be made on lab cancellations after June 18, 2010.

Registration and Check In at The Meeting

The following course registration and check in times are available at the Hyatt during the meeting:

Tuesday, June 22, from 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Wednesday, June 23, from 7 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Thursday, June 24, from 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Friday, June 25, from 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

If you supply us with your postal address on-line you may receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products and services or upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please let us know by calling us at the number provided above.

Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders and registration they have placed on-line.

We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies and do not distribute email or other contact information to advertising companies.

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and we will use for these new purposes only data collected from the time of the policy change forward.
