Dear Dr. Esch,
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you so much for putting this course on DVD. I am a busy shoulder/sports med orthopod with a 2 1/2 year old son and not a lot of free time. Two weeks ago I put in my first locking plate for a complex proximal humerus fracture that I normally have placed a hemi-arthroplasy after watching the session on proximal humerus fractures. The cost for the complete DVD recording is $600.00 plus shipping for those who are not able to attend the meeting. DVDs will be shipped to you when they are published in October 2013.
